All Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, any addon services such as dedicated IP, SSH, SSL and setup fees. No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact 24/7 Hosting Customer Relations Team, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or via our contact page.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by 24/7 Hosting for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Domain Refund Policy.
Because we are not able to delete and or un-transfer the domain name once it's registered or transferred, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
